To obtain the Stand Alone Car Mod, you need to find all 4 Junk Cars for Fleetarari. However, if you don’t want to do that, you can edit your Save Game using the MSC editor and put all Junk Cars to True. You can get the Mod Bin File from this link https://www.nexusmods.com/mysummercar/mods/4696 and put it in C:UsersaAppDataLocalLowAmistechMy Summer Car. Once you extract it using a program like 7 zip or unzipping program, you can copy the mod file to your mod folder.
