Descriptions:
Volkov
The Volkov family is mostly as you know it, apart from a new addition- Brenan Riverwood, an abandoned orphan that Kristopher Volkov stumbled across out in the woods. It’s clear that someone’s been bringing food to the toddler, who is beside himself with fear, but otherwise, the poor thing was completely alone. Because of his abandonment- which he refuses to expand upon- he is now very clingy to any caregiver he comes to trust. Kristopher has since taken him in to raise and train him, the same way he did so with Jacob. One day, when Jacob has taken over for Kristopger, Jacob will help train Brenan to take over after him.
Morgan Family
Kimber and Geoffery Morgan are not the best kind of people, but they’re also not necessarily the worst. Kimber is a successful private attorney, while Geoffery is a National Leader in the Politics career. They’re both incredibly wrapped up in their careers, leaving their sole child- Elena Morgan- to mostly fend for herself. Independent and very close to the family butler- whoever it is this week- Elena is going to eventually grow up to have her own family, determined not to live the way that her parents live… cold, calculated, and money-obsessed.
L’Amour
Celeste and Barbara L’Amour live with their parents, Johanna and Warren L’Amour, who are both very creative individuals. Warren is determined to become a successful classical musician, while Johanna is dreaming of becoming a successful, popular artist. Barbara will one day grow up to become a famous photographer, while Celeste is fated to have a more complex life. Rebellious and self-assured, she’ll strike out on her own the moment she’s able to move out after a rough childhood in which she butts heads with everyone in her family, convinced that no one really “understands” her. Whereas Barbara will dream of eventually having a family of her own, Celeste will struggle with her life and trying to figure out who she even wants to be. She’ll marry twice, date around a crowd of questionable individuals, potentially become a werewolf (and join the Wildfangs), and eventually give birth to a baby girl whose father is unknown. Unable to properly care for the little girl, Barbara and her future husband will eventually adopt her and raise her as their own.
Millerson
Midge is the only child of Brad and Cortney Millerson, a pair of content, happy parents. Brad is a salaryperson, not really the sort to care too much about work, and Cortney is a stay at home mom. Her love of cooking will eventually drip down into her son, Midge, who will one day grow up to become a famous chef and run his own restaurant. His family is content, happy, and simple.
The Story Continues
Midge will eventually marry Barbara, and the two of them will give birth to a son named Mason. Shortly after, they’ll adopt Celeste’s daughter, Ruby, and raise her alongside Mason. Mason dreams of becoming a famous author, whereas Ruby- much like her mother was- becomes a little undecided, though she handles this a LOT better than her mother did.
Brenan will leave the Moonwood Collective for a time to attend University, where he will successfully get a degree in Business. While there, he’ll meet Elena, who he will fall in love with- and vice versa. Instead of fearing his bestial form, she admires it, and wanting to be close to him- and to discover if they are “fated mates”- she requests he bite her to change her. They are delighted to find out that they are, in fact, fated mates, and once they graduate from University, they get married. They will give birth first to Victor Riverwood, a boy who loves music and computers, and then Vaughn, who is an athletic individual more interested in adventurous pursuits. He is logically minded, but not so much in terms of computers, whereas his older brother Victor is more geared toward electronics, potentially aiming to become an Engineer.
Vaughn is the same age as Ruby and Mason, and will eventually meet them. Ruby will develop a crush very early on for Victor Riverwood, who will view her as a child until well into their young adult years, after he spends time away at University. Mason and Vaughn become inseparable, though in a horrible incident, though Vaughn really doesn’t agree with the core concepts of the Moonwood collective, eventually agreeing to join with the Wildfangs, content with his werewolf life.
In a cruel twist of fate, however, Mason is captured by Vladislaus and, before the wolves can rescue him, turned into a vampire. Despite this, Vaughn still loves his childhood crush, and after he rescues Mason, he strikes out on his own to keep Mason safe from the more judgemental, unforgiving werewolves of Moonwood Mill, leaving the Wildfangs and becoming a “Lone Wolf”.
