Paladins:Is Fernando still good? (The adventures of Flankando)

In this video I wanted to find out if Fernando still has a place in the game by testing how good he is at shielding but the second match kind of changed this video with the adventures of Flankando.

Fernando hasn’t been picked anywhere near as much as he was before he got his nerf to his damage output but I wanted to see if he is bad or is just being slept on in the meta game and is actually good.
