after the prison breaks on both Ryker’s island and the raft peters former mentor and friend Otto Octavius now known as Dr Octopus unleashes the devils’ breath on the city causing a panic and a quarantine. meanwhile sable has placed the city under marital law to combat the escaped convicts who have been causing chaos in the streets. its up to Spiderman to find out Otto’s plans and save new York from tearing itself apart.
